Positive life quotes

When things don’t go your way just say to yourself, “it’s ok, I can breathe through this bad moment and fix the problem tomorrow.” The thing is that you have to be kind to yourself every step of the way in order to be happy. The better you are to yourself the happier and healthier you will feel. Don’t put unnecessary stress on yourself; don’t take life too seriously. Remember, always appreciate the people in your life because you never know when someone, or something could be gone.

Sometimes, the best way to combat a stressful situation is to simply take a step back and breathe. It sounds cheesy, but it works. Don't be afraid to ask for help from those you trust. Give others a chance to help you if they can. Focus on your own attentiveness rather than the stressors beyond your control.

You're good at a lot of things, but you might not be the best person out there at them all. That’s OK ― there’s always room to grow, and you can make the best of any situation with a little help from friends and family.

Everything can be worked out if people are willing to work together. It is all a matter of getting along and sharing.

Quit worrying about how you look and how you’re perceived by others. Worrying about these things will only make you miserable and stressed. Focus on how you feel and what makes you happy. Be nice to yourself, be your own person, and love everything about yourself. This will make it much easier for you to appreciate other people and love being alive. Always remember to breathe deeply, slowly, and often to ease stress, prevent headaches and migraines, enjoy the moment, embrace failure, think positively, trust in your intuition and just be kind to yourself. I learned this through yoga and meditation but I have also adapted this into my daily life.

Hey there! I’m here to tell you that it’s going to be ok! This whole thing doesn’t have to be so hard. We live in a very fast-paced, complicated world and life can definitely feel chaotic at times. Don’t worry; I’ve got your back. I know that for some of you things may seem bleak at the moment, but don’t freak out! Things will get better soon enough and when they do we can all sit back and have a good laugh about it. So, consider this a little pep talk from me to you about being kind and patient with yourself. Remember to breathe and be gentle with yourself along the way because the best is yet to come

Life is too short to worry about things that are out of our control. We need to take the time to appreciate what we have and not get bogged down by the everyday stress of life.

Life can be tough, especially when it feels like you are right in the middle of a storm. But, before you get overwhelmed and give up on all that is good in your life, ask yourself’ ‘What are the most important things right now?’ If the answer is your family and friends, then remind yourself to breathe.

When faced with a stressful situation, the best thing you can do is to take a step back and breathe. In all likelihood, the stressors are not under your control. Don't be afraid to ask for help from those you trust. Give others a chance to help you if they can. Focus on yourself and remove yourself from the stress of the situation.

If you are ever in the middle of a frustrating day, take a few moments to close your eyes and breathe. Allow yourself the time to relax and wait for your worries to melt away. You don't have to handle everything on your own. Ask others for help sometimes.

When things become a little too much to handle, it's best to find an outlet. Try taking a moment and remind yourself that everything will be okay. Even if you're hurting, it's important to focus on yourself and your own attentiveness. The world around you may move faster than you are ready for, and that's okay.

If you feel like you're spinning your wheels but not actually moving forward, it may be time to start focusing on your well-being. From mindfulness techniques to practical routines, there are plenty of things you can do that don't require any special talents or skills. Take some time to breathe deeply, get outside and into nature, and appreciate what you have -- both the good and the bad.
